• Processing: Orders ship from Santa Fe Springs, CA within 1–2 business days. Orders after Fri 12 PM PT ship next Monday.
• Shipping: Free Economy Shipping included. Standard USA: 5–8 business days. International: 10–20 business days (customs duties may apply).
• Delays: Weather, holidays, or carrier issues may affect delivery. Contact us if your order is late.

Return & Refund

• 30-Day Returns: Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. 
• Fees: $3 restocking fee applies. Use our prepaid label: $10 shipping fee. Using your own carrier: no shipping fee deducted.
• Refunds: Processed within 5 business days after warehouse inspection.
