Order Processing
- All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment facility located at: 10015,Greenleaf Ave, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, with most orders shipping the next business day. We ship Monday through Friday (Pacific Time).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
Free Shipping: All orders include free Economy Shipping.
- Standard Domestic (USA): Shipped via USPS Ground. Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may be extended during holidays or peak seasons.
International Shipping:
- Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
- Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Delays, Lost or Missing Packages
