What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay), and PayPal.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in 10015,Greenleaf Ave, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with most orders shipping the next business day.
What are the shipping estimates?
- Standard U.S. Shipping (Free): 5–10 business days via USPS Ground
- Expedited U.S. Shipping: Available upon request (contact support)
- International Shipping: 10–20 business days (customs fees may apply)
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders. Expedited and international shipping fees may vary depending on destination and carrier.
What if I haven’t received my package?
Delivery delays may occur due to holidays, carrier volume, or weather conditions. If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team.
What if my package is lost or stolen?

RETURNS
What is your return policy?
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached.
Can I return items purchased from another retailer?
No. Only items purchased directly from www.dossevisu.com are eligible for return. Products bought from third-party retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Are there any fees for returns?
Yes. All returns and exchanges include a $3 restocking fee.
You may choose one of the following return options:
- Option 1 – Use our prepaid return label: A $10 return shipping fee + the $3 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Option 2 – Use your own shipping method: No shipping deduction is applied, but the $3 restocking fee still applies. (Customer covers the return shipping cost.)
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after your return is received. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. Requests must be submitted within 30 days.
Please return the original item and place a new order. A refund for the original purchase will be processed once the return is received.
