• A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when using our prepaid label, along with a $3 restocking fee applied to all returns.
• Only items purchased directly from www.dossevisu.com are eligible for return. Items purchased from other retailers or distributors must be returned to their original place of purchase.

What Can Be Returned?

• Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, stains, or damage.
• Original Packaging: Items must include original packaging, tags, and inserts.
• Proof of Purchase: Providing a receipt or order confirmation helps expedite processing.

• Items discounted 30% or more

How to Return

International Returns

• Prepaid return labels are available only for U.S. domestic orders.
• Customers outside the U.S. must arrange and cover their own return shipping.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

  • A $10 shipping fee + $3 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Option 2: Use Your Own Carrier
  • You may return the item using any shipping method of your choice.
  • No return shipping fee will be deducted, but the $3 restocking fee still applies.
  • Please use a trackable service and provide the tracking information.

Refund Processing Time

• Returns are processed within 5 business days after arriving at our warehouse.
• We will inspect the item and confirm the final refund amount.
• Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

How to Exchange

• Submit your exchange request within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your request is approved, please return the original item.
• Place a new order for the item you want.
• After receiving your returned item, we will issue a refund for your original order according to our policy.

Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it for a full refund.
• Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
